Terms of Stay

A booking is confirmed once you have received confirmation from Casa Roca Canggu directly (via WhatsApp, email, or our booking page) or through a third-party booking platform, as applicable.

Please check that your name, dates, and room type are correct at the time of booking — it is your responsibility to review the confirmation.

Payment terms (deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, and currency) are confirmed directly with our team at the time of booking.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours incur the first night charge. No-shows are charged in full.

A guest who does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice is treated as a no-show and charged as described in the Cancellation section above (full stay charge).

Check-in is from 14:00 WITA. Check-out is by 12:00 WITA. Reception is available 08:00–20:00 WITA daily.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability, and is not guaranteed.

Guests are expected to treat the property, its staff, and other guests with respect, and to comply with reasonable requests from our team regarding safety and house policies.

The number of guests staying in a room may not exceed that room's stated maximum occupancy.

Casa Roca Canggu is a room-only property with no shared kitchen or shared pool. See our House Rules page for specific policies on smoking, pets, and quiet hours.

Casa Roca is a pet-free property to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all guests.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform an obligation under these terms where that failure is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including, without limitation, natural disaster, government action, or public health emergency).
